Comments: This was one of the easiest recipes I have made in a long time and very yummy. I marinated and tenderized my chicken before hand for extra flavor and tenderness. I also let it simmer a little longer than the recipe calls for. I will add more veggies next time and more sauce as it was not as jiucy as we like it. I will make this again!

Comments: I made this dish and no doubt it was easy but it needed more spice and more vegetables. It was good but next time I will add something to spice it up as well as more vegetables.

Comments: I have made this a few times and it always comes out wonderful. I've made for company as well and all asked for recipe. I think the chicken comes out a little more tender if you let it simmer an extra 10 mins. or so. Then it just falls apart. DELICIOUS!

Comments: This is a good recipe starter...but it needed spicing up a bit. I added a chopped onion, garlic, oregano and a little red wine. I also substituted chicken broth for the water. It's very quick and easy to make. I would suggest serving the chicken over the rice, not mixing it together...it's a lot of rice, and tends to dilute the flaver. I will make this again!

Comments: I made this dish for my husband and two children; they loved it! My little girl said that the dish is a keeper--definitely one to have again. I added olives which went over great. I served this with a green salad and fresh fruit.

Comments: I didn't find this dish very appealing. It was somewhat bland and wasn't enjoyable as a maindish.

Comments: Wasn't bad, but not nice enough to make again. I found it a little bland and there wasn't any variety of tastes. It was very quick and easy but I wouldn't recommend it as a main dish.
