(about 1 pound total) pork tenderloin
, thinly sliced

to 3 tablespoons
fajita seasoning or marinade
1/2
onion
, sliced
1/2
green bell pepper
, sliced

(8-inch) soft taco-size flour tortillas
, warmed



COMBINE pork and seasoning in plastic bag or shallow bowl; mix until pork is coated.
STIR-FRY pork, onion and bell pepper in large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until pork is no longer pink.
WRAP mixture in tortillas with salsa, if desired.
NOTE: Placing pork tenderloin in freezer for about 20 minutes makes slicing easier.
