These Southwestern Kabobs made with pork, bell pepper and onion are great for an outdoor barbecue party.

(about 1 pound total) boneless top loin pork chops
, cut into 1-inch cubes

tablespoons
taco or fajita seasoning
1/2
green bell pepper
, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2
large
onion
, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
4
(10- to 12-inch) skewers



COMBINE pork and seasoning in plastic bag or shallow bowl; mix well until pork is evenly coated.
THREAD pork, alternating with bell pepper and onion pieces, onto skewers.
PREHEAT grill.
GRILL or broil kabobs, turning occasionally, over medium-high heat for 6 minutes or until pork is no longer pink.
NOTE: If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before threading.
