Apricot-Mustard Grilled Pork Tenderloin

This simple recipe has only three ingredients, but so much flavor! Combine sweet apricot preserves with tangy mustard for out-of-the-ordinary pork chops.

1 (about 1 pound) pork tenderloin
5 tablespoons honey mustard
3 tablespoons apricot preserves

PREHEAT grill.

SEASON pork with salt and ground black pepper. Combine mustard and preserves in small bowl.

GRILL pork over medium-high heat, brushing with mustard mixture frequently, turning once or twice, for about 15 minutes or until no longer pink in center.

Comments: Excellent, because I love pork anyway and if I can learn about different flavors that will give it a different but better taste makes me a better pork lover. Besides my wife loves it when I'm being creative on the grill.
