Comments: Very tasty, but seemed like it was missing something. I might add some salt and some garlic next time.

Comments: This was absolutely great. I loved the flavor of the lemon with the rosemary. Buying all of the spices was expensive, but the taste was excellent. I used bone in pork chops, which worked just as well. I broiled it and that worked well. I used red potatoes with it and that was a great combination. I am definitely going to make this again. My husband normally hates pork chops, but he loved this.

Comments: It wasn't the greatest recipe that I've ever tried but it wasn't the worst either. It had a kind of boring taste if you ask me, probably won't make it again.

Comments: I too thought this recipe was surprisingly good. I was so amazing with how good it tastes. My husband is not a fan of "tangy" flavors that lemon normally gives a dish and he too loved it. It is now on our regular rotation of meals!

Comments: This recipe is great. I cook the pork chops in a pan with extra lemon juice and just a little butter. I also make it with chicken. Everytime it's a hit!!

Comments: This is by far the best new recipe that I've tried! My two girls who eat hardly anything gobbled these right up and wanted to make sure there would be leftovers to eat tomorrow! My picky husband even liked them! This recipe will definitely be on the menu at my house every week!

Comments: I made these chops for my family. They were a BIG hit. My daughter and her boyfriend (both very picky eaters) really liked them. The kids have asked me to make them several times since. I'm making my daughter a cookbook, and this will definantly be in it. Thanx

Comments: Turned out a bit dry & the herb mixture rub was a bit too strong for our tastes. Also, couldn't find any rosemary.

Comments: Pork chops so juicy and tender with a hint of pepper, and the flair of rosemary. My whole family (inc. a 3 year old and a 2 year old) loved them. They were easy to get ready and quick to cook. I would HIGHLY recommemd this recipe.

Comments: Husband, Myself and two kids did not care for the flavor of this dish. The lemon flavor was too strong, and not enough juices made the pork a tad dry.

Comments: This is a wonderful recipe. Instead of butterfly chops I actually used a pork tenderloin roast sliced thick. After rubbing on the seasonings, I placed them in the fridge for a couple of hours. I loved the combined taste of "winter"
seasonings and the smokey flavor of grilling. A must repeat!

Comments: Next time I'll marinate the pork in the lemon juice rather than just brushing it on. The rosemary taste didn't really go with the lemon pork flavor, but it was still good.
