Comments: My family was amazed when I told them how few calories this recipe has. The Carnation Instant Dry Milk adds a nice body to the yogurt for a better 'mouth feel' and the taste is very good. I made a chopped salad with croutons and topped it with this dressing, and they were very impressed.

Excellent, but added a little bit of horshradish to the mix and everyone was happy. It put an extra zip to the blue cheese dressing. Keep the good recipes coming, love them all and trying alot of them, . thanks for a great web site. Mary

For some reason my cheese was not that strong, and the next day it was much tastier. But I will make it again because everyone ate it, even the kids, and everyone liked it. By the way, no one even mentioned it was "low-calorie." that went over their heads.

Comments: Oh my goodness...I just recently began eating bleu cheese dressing... I had always thought I would hate it, but after trying it, I discovered it was tangy and tasty. This dip is ten times better than your tired old Ranch recipe!! Enjoy!
