Try this reduced fat dip with a curry twist!

1 package (8 ounces) fat free cream cheese , at room temperature
1/4 cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Fat Free Milk
3/4 cup (4 ounces) fresh, cooked or chopped imitation crabmeat
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Assorted cut fresh vegetables

BEAT cream cheese in small mixer bowl until creamy; slowly beat in evaporated milk until creamy. Stir in crabmeat, green onions, bell pepper, curry powder and garlic salt; cover. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve with vegetables.
