SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener, Granular

turkey bacon

chopped red onion

garlic
, peeled and finely chopped



PLACE spinach greens in a large mixer bowl. Remove any undesirable leaves or large stems. Add croutons. Set aside.
BLEND vinegar, water, mustard and SPLENDA Granular in a small mixer bowl. Set aside.
SLICE bacon into small strips. Place in a medium saucepan; fry over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until crispy.
ADD onion and garlic; cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
ADD vinegar mixture; cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour over spinach and croutons. Toss well. Serve immediately.
